Martinus Visser, a seasoned web designer and former agency owner, spent years building beautiful websites and smart digital systems. But over time, he noticed a frustrating trend: clients weren’t struggling with their design—they were struggling with converting leads into sales. Websites were built, but pipelines stayed cold. Martinus knew the tech—but he also knew the real bottleneck wasn’t in design. It was in sales activation.

His brother, Addy Visser, came from a sharp commercial background in IT recruitment and e-commerce sales. A natural at spotting opportunity and closing deals, Addy had helped scale multiple high-performance teams and knew firsthand the challenge of lead quality, slow follow-up times, and bloated ad budgets with poor ROI.
